Tension is high today

I feel it in my neck and especially my hands.  I feel like punching things just to relieve tension.

For some reason I am feeling like screaming at everyone who has a public pro-life agenda, but that is pretty hypocritical because while annoying, people are entitled to free speech and screaming about pro choice is basically the same level of annoyance.  If people haven’t figured out by a certain age/maturity that choice is a right everyone deserves, and that personal beliefs shouldn’t have to be forced upon so aggressively then clearly evolution is not on their behalf.

And though I am one for ‘survival of the fittest’, I do have what I consider ‘respectable’ beliefs.  Along with seperation of church and government, and evolving (not diminishing) human rights and freedoms, etc.  I try not to wear a bumper sticker but the older I get the more saddened with humanity I become.

Murder/Suicide….
Swoops and Squeaks were best friends, but Squeaks’ doctor recently discovered he had a brain tumor. Knowing full well that it would mean the end of him, Swoops decided to help Squeaks fulfill a dream he had always had: to see the world.
Higher and higher the bird flew, squirrel in gently grasped talons. The air grew thin, while clouds grew heavy. Squeaks looked up with glossy, wet eyes, and was only afforded the strength to utter two words.
“Thank you.”
Swoops couldn’t take it anymore. His heart broke at the loss of his friend, but even as he fell from the sky, he refused to let go.
